We took a walk along the River Aire from Leeds Dock to Kirkstall Abbey, to investigate scenes and architecture under bridges. Each bridge along the river is unique in its design and construction and with the reflection of the water, can make for some interesting images. This was for research for our first lino printing project! To run a series of workshops to recreate scenes and interpret images from under the bridges along the River Aire. We began the trip with a quick ride on the water taxi and ended with a pub lunch in Kirkstall.
